If you are looking to join in on LavyLites business opportunity then its important that you read this first. LavyLites is not all its cracked up to be, although I do think it would be a better opportunity than many of the other similar mlm’s out there.
Is LavyLites a scam? I’ll answer that question right now and tell you that no it isn’t. However, there are some important things that you should know about this business before you decide whether or not you want to get involved with them and I’ll be going over a few in this review.

LavyLites is a Hungarian based company that was founded in 2013 by a man named Tibor Jakabovics. They have expanded rapidly and in 2015 started getting into the US market.
This company is one of many mlm’s in the cosmetic industry, selling skin lotions that are supposed to help with rejuvenation.
They use direct selling as their marketing tactic rather than selling in stores. What this means is that anyone can join them and start selling LavyLites products and make commissions. And because of the mlm compensation structure people can also make money simply by recruiting new members into the business beneath them.
Cost to Join
In order to become an independent distributor, it won’t cost you. You will just have to sign up. Then afterwards you will have to do your wholesale purchasing as you please.
But to take part in their compensation plan you can either join in as a Partner or a Business Partner. To join in as a Partner you are going to have to purchase 80 EUR worth of products online from their store. And if you want to become a Business Partner, which is recommended if you want to get the most out of this opportunity, then you will have to pay 400 EUR for a Business Pack II.
How You Get Paid
There are 2 main ways for you to earn money in this business. You can earn money from sales you directly make to customers, or you can make money by recruiting new business partners in, the latter being the real money maker.
You will be able to buy LavyLites products at wholesale prices and then sell them at a markup, keeping the difference. The amount of commissions you will make here will vary but you can generally expect to earn around 20% or so.
By recruiting other business partners you can take advantage of the mlm structure of this business. You can make money from the efforts of those recruited in beneath you. This is where the real money lies.
The Comp Plan
As mentioned, this is a mlm business. You can go out and recruit other partners to join your “team” beneath you and you can make money off of them and those that they recruit.
Fast Start Bonus
The fastest way you get paid is with the Fast Start Bonus. Here you will get instant commissions of up to 58% when you bring a new partner into the business.
LavyLites puts 2% of all its repeat order revenue aside into what they call the Start Pool. All this money will be distributed each week to partners that recruited at least 2 people, each of which have reached 80PV (personal volume).
The binary structure has 2 legs (or teams). To start this you will first have to had recruited 2 people, then it will branch off from their as more people are recruited.
Here you can make 10% commissions off of the entire turnover of the shorter leg.
You can get a 20% reimbursement for your own auto-activer purchases that exceed 80PV.
You can get paid matching bonuses from what your recruits get paid in certain situations.
Once you reach the Manager rank you are able to get fixed monthly bonuses.
If you are able to make it up to the rank of Rubium Manager then you will get access to the Leader Pool which is 5% of the entire company’s repeating purchase turnover.
In a Nutshell
To summarize the comp plan an put it in a nutshell, you need to know one thing.. its all about recruitment. If you can recruit new partners in then you can take advantage of this comp plan, if not then you just won’t be able to make as good of money.
Moving up the ranks is very important to be able to take full advantage of everything I just went over. I’m not going to get into the ranks and everything about them but what you need to know is that in order to move up the ranks you are going to have to recruit, recruit, and recruit.
Pyramid Scheme Possibly?
I decided to include this section because I know a lot of people will see the compensation plan and relate it to a pyramid scheme.
So is Lavylites a pyramid scheme? That is a hard question to answer. Because in order to take full advantage of the mlm structure, which is what anyone would want to do to make as much money as possible, you WILL have to recruit.
As I mentioned earlier, in order to move up the ranks you need to have more and more recruits.
Recruitment is definitely a big part of the business but its hard to say whether they rely on it too much. That is up to the FTC to decide here in the US and they haven’t shut down this business yet so I guess they see it as a legitimate mlm.

This is Not an Easy Business
One commonality between just about every single mlm that I have seen and reviewed is that they are very difficult to make good money with. Turnover rates are high and this is because of the difficulty that comes with them.
MLM’s are always focused on recruitment. Whether they are straightforward with it and actually tell you that you have to recruit, or not, their hidden agenda always seems to be recruit like crazy and build up the business. That is why there is always so much incentive given in the compensation plan to go out and recruit.
Usually I am able to show an income disclosure to give you an idea of how difficult it really is to make good money, but unfortunately I am unable to find any official income disclose by the company. This makes me wonder why this would be so and I can only speculate.
Final Thoughts & What I Recommend
LavyLites doesn’t seem like all that great of an opportunity as far as I see it. There are already numerous mlm’s in the skin care industry here in the US and elsewhere. I understand that there will always be people needing skin products and the demand will remain, but with MLM’s you want to be able to recruit rapidly and I don’t see much potential there.
Besides the opportunity lacking as far as I see, you also have to have the right personality to really conquer in this business. You need to have that salesperson type personality and be able to recruit new members in without difficulty.
I know personally that I do not have that so I wouldn’t be a good fit. If you do have it and you like LavyLites products, then go for it. Give this business a try. But if not I honestly don’t think its a great choice.
If you are like me and are just not the salesperson type and don’t think a recruitment style business like this is right for you.. and you want another option for making money with your own business, you should take a peek at how I make a living working online (link below). I work for myself online and really enjoy what I do. In the post I wrote I explain what it is that I do, how it all works, and how others can do the same.
