Commission Machine it is said to be a newbie friendly way to make over $2000 per day online, but is this just all sales hype or does it really live up to these bold claims? Is Commission Machine a scam that is just going to be a waste of your money and time?
These are all questions that should be answered before giving up your payment information to get a product like this. In this review I’ll be giving you a better understanding of what it’s all about and whether or not it is worth buying. Spoiler alert: this product is not as good as it is said to be.
Commission Machine Review
The Commission Machine is the creation of of Michael Cheney, who is a veteran online marketer who has made millions and is well known. However, this doesn’t necessarily mean that the product is good. I have seen many crap products put out by people who are well known in the online marketing space more or less for the reasons of making a quick buck.
One thing that I noticed immediately upon coming to the sales page for this product was that it was absolutely ridiculous. The sales pitch was way over the top and this is a good example of what you call deceptive marketing, which has become commonplace in the online marketing world, especially when it comes to “make money online” type products like this.
But anyways, although I do consider the marketing to be very deceiving because of how it leads you to believe that this product is going to make you rich, this is still not a scam. It does provide value and it barely costs anything. As the saying goes… You get what you pay for.
What The Program Is Like
The program consists of eight step-by-step video tutorials that are well laid out and presented in an easy to follow manner. Throughout the tutorial videos Michael shows personal examples of his which is nice to see because you can tell he practices what he preaches, at least to some extent.
The videos present some good content but there are only eight of them and most of them aren’t very long, so as you can imagine there is still a lot left to learn even if you do go through all the training videos. For example, there is talk about using an autoresponder and landing pages, yet there is no real training on studying any of this up.
One of key points about this product that was mentioned in the sales pitch was that it is new be friendly and doesn’t require any list, nor is the focus on paid traffic. What type of traffic does a focus on? Well, Michael goes over getting traffic from free posting on Facebook, which is something that can definitely be done and can be very profitable, but is something that I have come to known to be much more difficult than it seems and not very reliable.
The cost is a one-time payment of $47. Apparently this product use to be sold for a discounted price of $19.97 but it has since went back up in price.
What you need to know, however, is that if you are a complete beginner and don’t already have an online business then you’re going to have to spend more money. In the training you are referred to services such as GetResponse for an autoresponder and at least one other service. These are not free.
In addition to the cost of having to purchase other services to get everything up and running, there are also a bunch of obstacles you are hit with including…
Commissionology – $27/mo
This is another product of his which is basically where he lets you copy his system and place your own affiliate links into it.
Done-For-You Service – $97
His done for you service costs a one-time fee of $97 and as you can imagine, he sets up parts of your online business for you.
7 Figure Franchise – $1997
This is the top of the up sells in costs a heck of a lot. I actually did a review on 7 Figure Franchise and basically this is a membership program where you get access to all of his products and marketing material along with the affiliate program so that you can sell membership to other people and earn large commissions from the cost being high.
Is It Good For Beginners?
He tells you that is good for beginners and lead you to believe that this is a great product for anyone to buy into a, but I beg to differ. While beginners will definitely be provided with some valuable information here, this is far from being the best option.
As I mentioned above, there really isn’t all that much to this program and you’re going to be left hanging in a lot of areas. There will be much additional research required if you are new to it all and this will lead to many beginners getting lost in the wrong information online and going down the wrong path, which will eventually lead to failure and giving up.
So is Commission Machine a scam? I definitely do not consider it a scam although some people are calling it one. Of course it is not that amazing of a product, and really doesn’t provide all that much information, but you have to consider the price. I mean for only $47 what can you expect?
You get what you pay for… This is a good example of that.
If you are a beginner looking to make money online then I would definitely recommend Wealthy Affiliate over this program/product. Wealthy Affiliate provides a lot more structured/in-depth training along with the tools necessary to get started, so that you don’t have to get run out and buy a bunch of other things.
Why my such a fan of Wealthy Affiliate? Well because this is actually where I got started in 2015 and I know from experience that it works. I worked my way from $0 to where I am now, making over $6000 a month online.
But anyways… I’m not going to get into it here. If you want to learn more about Wealthy Affiliate you can click the link below to read my review…
