Is Cash Finder System a Scam? Here Is What You NEED To Know

By Kyle / February 3, 2017

is cashfindersystem a scamThe truth of the matter is that Cash Finder System isn’t going to be nearly as easy as it seems. Is Cash Finder System a scam? Not completely, but they definitely mislead you and try to make it seem way easier than its actually going to be to make money this way. In this review I’ll be covering a few things that you need to be informed of before you decide to sign up for this system or not… and you probably won’t want to after you read this.

Cash Finder System makes it seem like a piece of cake to live the good life. They claim you can easily make $3,000, $5,000, and even $10,000 every single day using this system, all by mostly just copying and pasting things from one database to another. And guess what?? You don’t need any experience and its super easy!

But as I am guessing you probably are suspicious of these claims and that is why you are reading my review.

Cash Finder System Review

  • Website:
  • Type: Making Easy Money In Real Estate
  • Price: $99 + some big upsells (including one that is $995)
  • Rating: I’ll go over this at the end

Before I get into this I just want to tell you not to worry about the timer that plays above the sales video. That is fake and when it runs out of time it will just replay. Its nothing more than a tactic used to get you to buy into this as fast as possible.

What Cash Finder System Is All About

This system teaches you how to make money by earning “finder’s fees”, Hence, that is why its called the Cash “Finder” System. But what is this finder’s fee? I’ll explain exactly what this system teaches you to do and you will understand it better.

Cash Finder System is all about Real Estate. You won’t be buying, selling, fixing up, or doing much of anything with homes.. except for finding them.

Here is how it works. You look for homes that have the potential to be sold to someone. Maybe the owners are looking to sell the house, maybe the house is foreclosed, or whatever the situation.

You then negotiate a price to buy the house for. But you aren’t the one that is buying it. You then go find someone looking for a home and get them to buy it for a higher price. And you keep the difference which is called the finder’s fee.

So take this for example: You find a house and negotiate a buying price with the owner. Lets say $200,000. You then find a buyer that is willing to buy it for more than that, lets say $215,000. The difference of $15,000 is then yours to keep.

The process of how it works is simple, but this doesn’t mean that its easy to make money doing it.

Training Provided

With the front-end product that you buy, which costs $99, you will receive 12 modules of training that include videos and transcripts. You will also have access to resources and tools that help you find real estate in your area. And you will have done-for-you templates, such as letters and postcards, that are to help you generate leads.

The 12 modules of training will teach you…

  • Real estate basics, terms, etc.
  • How to find homes to sell
  • Situations that can come up
  • Marketing
    • How to find your target audience
  • Negotiating prices
  • Finalizing deals
  • Staying positive

Some of the modules provide some very detailed training. For example the module on marketing and finding your target audience will go over how to use sites like Craigslist to find your relevant customer base.

Can This System Work?

Absolutely it “can” work, but this doesn’t mean that it will work.

The truth is that there are people making some big time finder’s fees on real estate. 5, 10, or even 15 thousand dollars in finder’s fees are nothing unrealistic when it comes to the real estate market. So its not like they are flat out lying here.

But they are being very misleading because this is NOT going to be easy and you sure as heck shouldn’t expect to be getting big checks in the mail every day like they tell you.

Will You Make Money Doing This? The Reality Of It

The reality of it is that it is hard, very hard. You are going to have a lot of competition especially because in the past several years house flipping and all these other ways of making money through real estate have become very popular.

You are going to be going up against real estate agents that have received formal training in this area. And many of them will have lots of experience and lots of connections thats going to make it easier for them and harder for you.

The bottom line is that this is not easy. Real estate is a tough business. If it were that easy to make as much money as Cash Finder System claims then everyone would be doing it. Its not like the method they teach you hear of earning finder’s fees is some new and unexplored way to make money. Its been around and there is plenty of competition.

Final Rating & Conclusion On Cash Finder System

All in all I wouldn’t recommend this system. First off, the people behind it are too untrustworthy. They know darn well that it is not nearly as easy to make money this way as they claim. The fact that they mislead you into believing that it is tells me that they are probably in it only for the money.

Also, the training is nothing special. The front-end $99 training is no match for what true real estate agents go through. Real estate agents are going to kick your butt if this training is all you go through, unless you are somehow just amazingly good at this.

Overall, I don’t see much value in this system and think its mostly a waste of time. If you want to make real money on finder’s fees I’m sure there is a lot better out there.
