Frank Calabro Jr Scam

By Kyle / August 7, 2016

frank calabro jr scamSince you’re reading this post I’m guessing you came across one of Frank Calabro Jr.’s products and are looking more into the man behind it before you decide to spend a bunch of money.

So the big question is, “Who is Frank Calabro Jr?”

Well, to start off, you probably noticed that he is an extremely charismatic individual that has a unique ability to draw people toward him and make them listen. He speaks with a power and a firmness that demands attention.

But should you trust him?

I must say, his internet marketing practices are pretty unconventional. And honestly I don’t trust the guy.

Frank Calabro Jr Pushes a Bunch of Products

And they all have the same common theme (which I will get to).

He has many products/systems that he promotes heavily. There is 4 Courners, 3 Step Formula, Exitus Elite, Traffic Monsoon, Power Leads System, and there are probably more that I am not aware of.

My point is that this guy is all over the place. This doesn’t imply anything bad by any means. But like I said, all of the products/systems that he promotes have one thing in common.

They all have a common theme.

And that is…

They Are All MLM Offerings (And NOT Good Ones)

And I know, MLM’s aren’t necessarily a bad thing. In fact, they can be great opportunities that provide real value to customers. But you will see why I have a problem with this.

But before I get into that, you need to know how MLM works. So I’ll give you a brief overview of this.

How MLM Works

MLM stands for Multi Level Marketing. And here is the definition taken straight from Wikipedia:

Multilevel marketing (MLM) is a controversial marketing strategy in which the sales force is compensated not only for sales they generate, but also for the sales of the other salespeople that they recruit.”

In MLM you go out and try to sell a product. But you do more than just that. You also try to recruit others to sell the same product. These new people that you recruit then go out to sell the product and you earn money from them selling the product. And then they go out and recruit more people. Then those people sell products and you earn some money from them to.

MLM has a trickle-down effect, where the money flow trickles down from the recruits to the sponsors that sold them the product initially. They can vary in many different ways as to how much money trickles down, and how many layers there are, but they all have the same basic structure.

To better illustrate this, here is a diagram. And yes it does look like a pyramid scheme (they are basically the same)

Why I Don’t Like The Products That Frank Promotes

Simply put, the products, programs, and systems that Frank promotes are all a bunch of crap that provide little to no real value.

They are all geared more toward the recruiting side of things and getting as many recruits under your belt as possible. The actual product isn’t what you are really trying to sell (if that makes sense). You are trying to sell people on how they can make a bunch of money by recruiting others to sell the product.

Frank usually starts off his sales pitch by going over the recruitment process and the whole MLM part of his money making schemes. Very little time is spent actually talking about the products that you are supposed to try to sell and get others to sell.

Because of the main focus being more on recruiting than the actual product, some would argue that the systems Frank promotes lean more toward the Pyramid Scheme side of things. Pyramid Schemes are very similar to MLM’s just they are more focused on recruitment. In an article by the Better Business Bureau that compares MLM’s to Pyramid Schemes they have this to say

“Pyramid schemes concentrate mainly on making quick profits earned by selling the right to recruit others. Pyramid schemes focus more on recruiting other participants than selling the product or service, making little to no mention about the market for the item. “

I don’t know about you, but I think whats said above matches up with what Frank promotes pretty darn well. but either way, whether they are Pyramid Schemes or MLM’s, they all provide little to no real value.

Can You Make Money With Frank Calabro Jr’s Programs?

Sure, you can. There is no doubt about it. MLM programs/systems or whatever you want to call them, like the ones he promotes can make you money. And a lot of people will make a lot of money from programs like these.

But the problem is in order to make a good deal of money, you have to be damn good at recruiting. The reason Frank makes so much money is because he IS damn good at recruiting. He throws a great sales pitch that even almost suckers me in when I hear it. And he has a far reach. He has many different websites set up that are designed to funnel traffic to his promotions as well as big social media accounts with lots of followers. He has been doing this for years and he is very good at it.

But for the average Joe just starting out, it would definitely be much more difficult. But I’m not saying it would be impossible.

My Final Words On This Matter

So of course the question you want answered if you are reading this is if Frank Calabro Jr is a scammer or not? And that depends on you definition of a scam. In my opinion the systems that he promotes, like traffic monsoon, are scams. And I have written an entire review on Traffic Monsoon and how its a scam.

The reason that I consider them scams is because they don’t provide any real value. The products that are being sold in all of the systems are simply a front to make it seem legitimate. When really, the underlying business model is built around recruiting others, and that is by far the main goal of these programs.

Like I said, you can earn money with these programs, but it won’t be easy if you don’t have websites with traffic, or big social media sites, or something of this nature. But even if you do, I would stay away from them simply because they aren’t legitimate. There are lots of ways to make legitimate money online and build online businesses.

Extra: Funny Story About Frank Calabro Jr.

I received a comment from the man himself on one of my posts. I believe it was my negative review on Traffic Monsoon, but I can’t remember. I’m guessing it was because this is a system that Frank promotes heavily, so he would have probably been upset to see my review.

I wish I wouldn’t have deleted the comment, but I did. Anyway, the comment basically went on and on for probably over 500 words about how my review was a bunch of crap and that his way of making money was the best. He called me a liar even saying that I don’t earn as much money online as I say and tried to make me feel bad. After a length comment he tried selling me on one of his “incredible” systems at the end.

It was pretty ridiculous. I don’t know how he came across my review but I’m guessing he has some software that alerts him when certain words (like his name) are published online.

Anyway, I would stay away from what he tries to sell.
